Some More Animals

A few more examples.

A couple of lizards

This is a marmot, a large rodent from the same family as groundhogs.  We spotted a few but they usually ran off very quickly, this one was not so worried by our presence, though this was taken with my longest zoom setting.

One of the few birds I managed to snap, this one was at Pangdong lake.

As in other areas of India there were many street dogs but they tended to be larger and hairier than the ones in Delhi.   Not surprising given the temperature differences.

And yes you get camels too more about them later.
