Camels in the Desert

In the Nubra Valley there are sand dunes with camels. Quite an unusual setting for this, you can also have a ride if you choose. These are bactrian, double humped camels, natives of central Asia and China.

Toshie's daughter gets help to stay seated as the camel stands up.

Where ever you are, along comes a cow.

And they rode into the distance...
