Both of these plants are Cocoa trees. The pods contain the seeds that can be made in to chocolate. The trees are different varieties as one has green pods and the other red, it is not an indication of ripeness. Like the jackfruit the seeds grow from the main trunk and branches.
This is a coffee plant with young beans. Apparently due to the growing
condition coffees produced in India have a lower caffeine content than other
countries.
This
is a papaya plant, the fruit will turn orange when ripe. Though often
called a tree it is actually a herb.
A
couple of pineapple plants one in fruit. Each plant produces one fruit per
year.
