Moving On

After the Demonstration was completed we moved on towards the Shri Mahalaxmi Temple.  This was only a short walk, but the courtyard and the temple were both very busy.

Heading from the demonstration area, the Old Palace gateway was ahead of us and we then headed past the buses and to the left.

As we turned the bend we could see the top of the temple's white roofs.

Before entering the temple's courtyard, there were a number of shoe minders available.  As we would not have time to go inside the temple, we did not have to take off our shoes on this occasion.

There were also many stalls to buy offerings, charms and mementoes.
